End of the season for NASA ends in an HPDE/TT only event. Get your kicks on with tons of track time with your favorite people: NASA Mid-Atlantic. I will have my truck and trailer there for anyone in case they are in need of it (hopefully not).

Registration is now open for NASA-MA's second annual "Fall Finale" at Summit Point! There is no racing scheduled but we are offering all levels of HPDE and TT (i.e. five run groups, each with 96 minutes of track time per day!) plus a Hyperdrive, touring laps, and a 120min arrive & drive twilight kart enduro. This weekend is dedicated to the memory of NASA-MA instructor and TT'er Cale Kastanek.

I'd been kicking around the idea for years but this year I decided to put my money where my mouth was and start a motorsports lifestyle apparel business. I've pretty much been spending the majority of free time the last few months getting some designs together and setting up all the business side of things and now I've got the first 5 designs done. Here's the first 3 that were printed, you guys saw number 4, and the last one is number 5.

I set up the store by just making a few small tweaks to a built in template but I'm not totally happy with the site design yet so that'll be the next thing I change, along with getting some stickers printed up. After that, next step will probably be at least one design with some Universal Gold and hats and hoodies.

I can generate some discount codes so PM me here if you want to buy anything. In the next couple of weeks I'm going to try to set up some sort of referral system with the discount codes so for every x number or people who use your discount code you'll get some sort of bonus. Or maybe a group bonus to the whole club as a fundraiser.

Hey guys, I've been looking for an 2004-07 WRX STi for the past month or so and have been coming up empty. There are tons out there for sale but nothing has really caught my attention recently so I figured I'd give you guys a heads up in case you know of one for sale.

Pre-Reqs:
1. Must have somewhat low mileage (~50k, but 2004-05 60k isnt unreasonable)
2. 100% OEM and never been modified (I'm tired of riced out cars as Daily Drivers)
3. No Rust and No Accidents
4. Never abused/raced/launched

Preferred:

I know the football game is tomorrow night and tailgating is.... all of tomorrow. However, since tailgates+me=an entire bottle of CP and several missing hours, I think I'm sitting this one out. I feel like going for a bike ride and someone in charlottesville bought a part from me, I was thinking of taking a little day trip, meeting some UVA peeps, grabbing something to eat and coming back in time for the game if people want to still make it to that.

Looks like there are some decent medium-high speed turns that might lead to some good passing opportunities in the second half of the lap. First half looks pretty boring though. Either way, 2012 isn't that far away, I'm still a bit skeptical that it will go down at all.

A couple of us have talked about doing an informal Klines meet- lets shoot for 8:30 at the South Main location!

I think I am going to pick up my girlfriend a car. She doesnt have one that is exclusively hers, and that's annoying as shit. I was thinking of picking up something reliable, under $5k, and *might* be halfway appealing to a girl. What are my options? Her commute is short, so I wouldnt rule out a cheap SUV or something else that gets worse gas mileage. Was hoping for year 2000+. Mileage can be high-ish as long as it's a car known not to asplode when it reaches those higher miles

I have a white 91 Miata (salvage title). I am up for selling it if I get a reasonable offer, otherwise I will part it out. I am picking it up today and will have pics later tonight or tomorrow. It has high miles (210-ish) but the body is very straight. Has a newer top and possibly had a rebuild done, I will know more later.

Let me know if anyone is interested. Would make a great track car....

I am selling my beloved Kumho V710 R-compound tires. These are the new square shoulder v710s. Build date of January 2010 I believe. These tires were my autocross tires this season. I think they have around 55 runs on them, they still have about 2/32 on both ribs, and even more at the wear indicator dots but I don't have a gauge to stick down there.

I'd say these have tires 30 runs left in them before cording. V710s wear like iron.

I am posting these early here because I can bring these to the autocross on the 19th or the BBQ the 18th for anyone interested. These were $720 new or something. $120 to MMers.
