I know we're not traditionally a club that is big into drag racing, but I went once last fall and had a decent time.
Cost: $20, you get a few runs depending on how busy it is.
Details: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mirdrag.com/v2/schedule/calendar/06-07/060714.htm">http://www.mirdrag.com/v2/schedule/cale ... 060714.htm</a><!-- m -->
Last time I got there a little late, got one practice run in, and then bracket-racing started. Looks like the same setup, but don't kill me if I'm wrong. A buddy from work his taking his VR4, I'm taking the STi, G is gonna take the bike, and Mike is playing his Nancy card. I plan on leaving work a little early for it, since traffic getting down there always takes forever.

and no CAT.
2. Whitmens Downtown H-Burg next to Napa auto parts
Failed for: Suspension being to tight (They said it had "no" give and asked if i choped my springs... I run KYB AGX on lowest setting w/ eibach sportlines)

well I finally got the F out of my boss's house... worked out well for a while and allowed me not to have rent so I could build the bimmer. Now I'm in Baltimore- 8 blocks from the inner harbor near a ton of stuff to do. I'm living with my 2 old roommates from JMU, which is awesome.
If anyone wants to come up for a weekend, let me know! The weekend after Hyperfizzle I'm planning a bday and completion (and hopefully successful track weekend) of the E30 party so let me know!

I thought this would be kind of cool. Add to it if you can think of anything.
1.) Because the rising sun looks best at 70mph
2.) Because the basement makes a great climate controlled garage
3.) Because everybody looks good in leather.
4.) Because right before your knee touches down you feel like you're floating.
5.) Because the Michelin Man has to meet his maker sometime.
6.) One wheel, or two, take your pick.
7.) Somebody told me the other day the fuel prices were going up... anybody else notice?
8.) Because "Hop on the back and wrap your arms around me" is a great icebreaker.
9.) Because eventually I'll get that helicopter ride I've always wanted.
10.) Because getting there IS the fun part.

I was just thinking, if we were to do an official MM trip (2006/2007) to some race or event, what would you want it to be?
Even if someone else posts up your idea, post it again so we can compare.
I'll begin:
12 Hours of Sebring (American Le Mans)
24 Hours of Daytona (Grand Am)
Formula 1 at Montreal
Baja 1000
Moto GP at Laguna Seca
People here have already been to Sebring, Daytona, and Moto GP at Laguna Seca (going again next month) but we could still make an official trip since all of them were a ton of fun.

Found this site via rr-ax forum... Looks fun!
Players will need to be registered and logged in before they can enter the private game. When logged in, clicking the following URL will take you to the join game page:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://batracer.com/-cj?&D&4673">http://batracer.com/-cj?&D&4673</a><!-- m -->
Alternativly, you can select "private games" from the menu and enter the number "4673" into the box. The game password is "mmsports". Take care not to accidentally join a public game by mistake.
