Anyone know if it's possible to hook up amplifiers to a stock stereo head unit?

This is going to be built just 5 miles from my house!

Honda isn't doing quite as bad, but there were some rough years there.

Then there's Subaru. With each iteration, the WRX gets worse.

Is it us just getting older and appreciating the things from our younger, more "exciting" years? Shoot, I still think the CRX, 92-00 Civic, and 94-01 Integra are the best things Honda has ever made.

So I'm new here to MM but im looking to see what you guys think i should get for my next car (I current drive a 2006 Acura RSX). I've been mainly interested in the 09' Lancer Ralliart, 09' Jetta Wolfsberg/GLI or Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Anyway i'm open to any other suggestions but just to keep the following in mind

- I live in NY, i would like to be able to drive in the winter safely and confidently

- Prefer Four doors (although that's fairly flexible)

- My parents help me with half the cost of the vehicle, but only if it's new and on a lease. Yeah, i know, it's kind of ass backwards but that's the deal and pretty much the only way i can afford a car. I am greatly, greatly appreciative of it.

On a side note, when my current lease is up i plan on selling my head unit (JVC EXAD), corresponding IPOD interface (never used, i have a zune, and it's a legit one where it charges and can change songs via head unit) and my sony four-way speakers. So if anyone is interested in that, i will be selling it by May.

Basically -

Melandri will ride for Kawi for '09. In exchange for that, Dorna will release Kawi from obligation for the '10 and '11 seasons.

Hopper is out. It will be a one bike team.

Have to unload my 300zx TT. Various legal and financial issues require purging of some of the four cars my wife and I own.

This is John Chapin's old Z, so i know some of you are familiar with it.

Have Done the following work to the car:

New Pioneer in dash cd player with ipod usb cable and Aux cable as well, Xm radio subscription is yours until it runs out then you can renew if interested, Radio has stopped working but have appt with crutchfield to fix it, I think it's a power/fuse issue but they guarantee there install work for life and will make it right. Appt is monday at 10:00 a.m.

Manual boost controller installed under hood.

New stronger clutch installed

New set of tires installed over last summer.

I also have an extra set of rear rims, useful if u wanted to track the car and wanted an extra set of tires for just that.

The car is very fast but has some cosmetic issues that I didn't have the $ to address. Some minor door dings here and there, A spider crack in the front bumper(that was there when I bought the car) A small dent in the hood from a rogue deer that jumped a hedge at my old and place landed on the hood of the car. New windshield installed as a result of this mishap.

New speedo head and ac fix.

Have all documentation of repairs except for tires. (performed at Bergey's in Broadway.

Drivers seat needs leather resewn, not a big $ fix.

I can't think of anything else that I need to add.

The asking price is $5000, I will consider REASONABLE offers.
