I'm posting this for a friend. You can contact him directly... enginesong at gmail dot com
'95 Eagle Talon TSi AWD, 5 spd, 92k-ish miles, no accidents. Asking $5900
Looking to sell my Talon after 5.5 years of good times. Lots of other projects want the garage space.
Running full standalone engine management with Megasquirt (MS2/E, speed density) and a substantial list of mods (easily $8k worth, listed below). Exterior pics are very recent. Undercarriage and suspension pics were taken ~7000 miles ago so things are not quite that clean underneath anymore. Since then the major differences are the GC springs, brake lines/pads, Fluidyne rad, and the Megasquirt (which deleted the GM MAF and added a 1G cam sensor). Looks great and runs excellent. Very minor wear and tear for a 15 year old car.
Car is located in Staunton, VA, but could easily make a long distance trek to its new home. Happy to discuss any questions or concerns with seriously interested people. Check my dsmtuners.com gallery for more pics:

Registration is now open for both portions of the autocross at VMP on Sunday May 9 2010 with NASA Mid-Atlantic.
Championship Autocross #2: https://www.nasaproracing.com/event/1036
SPK Kart-O-Cross Challenge: https://www.nasaproracing.com/event/1047
The day is now effectively considered a 4-heat autocross for a maximum of 20 entries per heat, starting one hour earlier than usual across the board (reg/tech at 9am not 10am, first kart off at 11am not noon.)
Heats 1 and 3 will be for karts, heats 2 and 4 will be for cars, with alternating work/run assignments accordingly.
Karts are being provided by http://www.summitpointkart.com , they are 14hp Sodi RX7 units capable of 50-60mph and they are a blast to drive. The cost to rent a kart is $10 on top of the normal autocross entry fee (add another $10 either way for day-of signups, if there are any spots left.)
Participants are welcome to sign up for either portion or both portions. Yes indeed, you can run a rental kart in one heat and your car in one of the other heats, and appear on the results twice, and maybe win stuff too.
Any q's, please don't hesitate to ask. This event is the first of its kind, we are always looking to make NASA-MA autoX events more fun and this is something we have wanted to put together for several years now. Please join us for a day of fast fun with cones, cars, and now karts too!

I don't know if this was a render dump or if it had actually gameplay footage in it. If there's actually gameplay in there it is pretty impressive that they all but eliminated aliasing. It also looks like the way cars' suspension reacts is more realistic. Don't know if I would buy a PS3 to get this though.
After what, about 4 or 5 years in development I've got to admit my interest in this game has waned quite a bit. Sometimes it seems like it will join Duke Nukem Forever and Dr. Dre's Detox as things that will never come out. Hopefully it'll be out by the end of 2010 though.

I'm looking for a decent WRX wagon with maybe around 75k miles or less. I am not interested in the 06-07 at all (hate the looks). If you know anyone who might be thinking about selling in the near term future hit me up.
If I can't find what I want I have some mass market alternatives but the WRX is my 1st choice.

This is just an all around awesome show. If its anything good in the MD/DC/VA area, its here...domestics, imports, exotics, bikes, all makes and models, you name it. Last I went there were about 3000 cars. I'll be tentatively coming to this, so if there is other interest maybe we can meet up and have our own get together afterwards.

Price is very reasonable ($300 if you use their bike) and you could just do it the day before one of the VIR trackday weekends. My only concern is what exactly will be covered in the curriculum. I guess I'll call and ask but I hope it compares favorably to American Supercamp.

Stay safe everyone and saftey (and saftey equipment) first.
