Hey guys, looking to see if any of you, or someone you know, are selling any 18 x 8 rims. I need a 5 x 114 bolt pattern and preferably a +48 offset. Not real particular about how they look, although i'm thinking black wheels + a chrome delete on my car would look awesome.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Not sure how many of ya'll keep up with college basketball but I think it's fun. Didn't start a pool or anything on here this year, but post up your bracket and maybe we can get some interesting discussion out of it.

I wanted to start a thread about tattoos. As much as I would like this to be a judgment free zone, with this crowd, I can guarantee it probably will not be. What you have to understand is that this body modification is permanent. Its not "constructive" criticism to tell someone how bad or ugly a tattoo is. What actually is constructive is to tell someone who thinks they might want a cover-up tattoo to tell them where to go and what studios are cleanest, safest, and have the talent and skills to help them.
I know from my own experiences and encounters that some tattoos are just terrible. The artist may not have known what they were doing, the ink may have faded, or the wearer may not have known how to properly manage their new body modification. nonetheless, people that get tattoos are a majority of the time, proud of their tattoo. So please, if you do not like it, keep it to yourself. if the person asks for advice on how to fix it, manage it, or where to get a better job done then suggest it to them.
These types of comments are highly discouraged and if i can say it, not allowed or wanted:
"WHY WOULD YOU EVER GET THAT ON YOUR BODY?!"
"What the F-word is that?"
"did a blind man draw that?!"
No one wants to hear that something on their body, that they cannot change or alter, is disgusting, ugly, or questionable. A tattoo is FOR the wearer. it means or meant something to them and while they might love to show it off, it is not for your entertainment or unwanted criticism. people with tattoos have to live with them every day! respect that!
so now, if you have them and want to share, post some pics of your tattoos! future plans are also welcome.

| WTB: 205/50/15(ish) tires |

So I bought those blue Kosei wheels with semi-lousy Azenis on them. Well, one was already flat-spotted and I managed to hit a big rock and mess up the sidewall on another.
Guess that means I need tires. 205/50/15 are what's on there now. I'm looking for at least two, cheap or free, to tide me over until I have teh monies to buy new tires. Anyone?
Edit: and brand doesn't matter that much. I have my stock wheels with ok-ish Azenis for autocross.
Big thanks if anyone can help me out!

Everyone should check out and become an active user of Trapster. Basically its a FREE program for Ipods, Iphones, Droids and Blackberries that allow the users to report and see places where cops usually sit/where live traps are. It also shows red light cameras, speed cameras and alerts you as you approach them (voice or just vibrate).
http://www.trapster.com/
NOTE
Not advocating speeding around like idiots just having a fair warning to catch yourself from making dumb mistakes, and not watching the speedo. Police are looking to make as much as possible to close the state deficit!

Its that time again our show last year was fantastic, lets make it even better for 2010!
Our annual car show is fast approaching, and we want to see YOU there!! Come join the crew from Madison Motorsports and show off your ride.
Saturday, April 3rd
11 AM to 4 PM
C4 Lot, on the JMU Campus
located off of Cantrell Avenue
$10 to show - $5 if you are an MM member
FREE to spectate
Import ÔÇó Euro ÔÇó Domestic ÔÇó Classic ÔÇó 4├ù4 ÔÇó Motorcycle
Various companies and vendors will be on-site to support the show! As always, our good friends at Subaru North America will be present, with their SEMA show car and other go-fast goodness. Other local groups such as Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes, Monkey Wrench Tuning and Whiplash Motorsports are planning on attending as well!
We have also partnered with CatsÔÇÖ Cradle, an animal shelter local to the Harrisonburg community. A portion of the proceeds from the show will go to CatsÔÇÖ Cradle to help them further their goal of helping cats and dogs in need around the Valley.
So get out those calendars and save the date! Come on out and support MM and Cats Cradle, show off your ride, and spend the day hanging out with like-minded enthusiasts of all ages!
Any questions? Please feel free to contact carshow@mmsports.org at any time!
And of course... please feel free to post the image below to every forum in the world. If you are giving people a link to our site, please refer them to www.mmsports.org/carshow. Before anyone asks about the dyno... we've been trying to get them to come out. But, they are supposedly closed since it's Easter weekend, so as of now, we will unfortunately not have a dyno at this year's show
