So Rex, Julie, Ryan Thayer, and Jeff Morrison are all coming into town (or will be here) today/tonight. Since they're all pretty cool people, I told them I'd help organize some sort of food-related event so they can see us students-s-s.
Dinner! Dave's Taverna, downtown! 7 PM!
If you can reply here or otherwise let me know that you are coming, it would be awesome. Trying to get a head count to reserve a table.

Hi all,
My name is Tyler McAvoy, I'm an english major, a sophomore and I know it may be redundant to say, but I like cars :p.
I currently drive a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant V6 with no mods whatsoever, and I also am the owner of a 1986 Dodge Charger Shelby 2.2l with turbo. Its definately a project car, but its been fun to at least pretend to work on anyways.
I have a class with Jake and he mentioned y'all might be able to help me in fixing it up.
Thanks,
Tyler M.

The F1 season opener is on March 14th and I was thinking about having a little watch party. Live viewing is at the buttcrack of dawn and I doubt anyone wants to wake up at 7 on a Saturday so I'm thinking we can watch the replay at 1:30. I could make brunch or lunch food depending on what people so desire. Lemme know if interested.

I need to change my oil, transmission fluid and coolant expansion tank if it gets here in time. I also have a couple cosmetic goodies to install, and I could stand to do a little cleanin on my car.
I think a few other people have some stuff they need to get done, so I was thinking we'd pull together a wrench day. Not sure where, was hoping Cabell could host if he's gonna be around, and cause I need to borrow his ramps and jackstands anyway. But if not we can find somewhere to do it.

| Bench Bleeder worth buying? |

Like the topic says, I'm doing alot of "spring cleaning" on my car and one of the things I'm doing is a new clutch master cylinder. I'm wondering if it is worth it to buy a 15-20 dollar bench bleeder for the master cylinder to run fluid though it before I install it or if that moneys better saved?
Thanks guys

We've added support for Tapatalk, which is an app that you download to your iPhone or Android-based phone. They are supposedly adding Blackberry support by the end of the month, so yous guys aren't left out either. Seems to be pretty cool from my limited playing around. Definitely a lot easier than tap, wait, double-tap, adjust, scroll, etc. Check it out and post your feedback. It costs MM nothing to have this add-on, so why not have it.
The Read-Only app for iPhone is free, if you want to reply to messages (and do a few other things like PM) it's $2.99. Not sure about Android cost.
Tapatalk is a mobile forum app for iPhone / Android and soon to be on Blackberry and Nokia. Tapatalk supports all the usual forum functions plus full screen image viewing, image upload, caching (less reload), private messaging, all these features are accessible in just a few simple taps.
