| Oval head helmets? |

My road racing helmet is showing its age, and my HJC moto helmet is too. And honestly neither ever fit me all that well, I have a fairly oval head I guess, so I get a lot of pressure on my forehead. Since NASA allows M helmets for HPDE, and I don't have a cage, I'd like to get a nicer moto helmet that I can use for both, and that actually fits me.
Arai makes some oval shaped helmets, do you guys know who else does? Any of you have this problem? Do you know any other manufacturers I should try? I see Scorpion mentioned, don't remember them fitting any better in the local shop though. But I'm probably not going to spend the $500-800 on an Arai.
*edit* Just found this.... maybe my question is answered. :dunno: But hey, it seemed like a slow day on the forum!

I bought this thing when I was in high school and iPod integration was crappy at best. It's been installed in the Escape and worked reasonably well. I pulled it and am selling it because of the grenaded transmission.
The screen and control knob look like this:
![[Image: Harman-Kardon-DP-1EU.jpg]](http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/productimages/zoom/Harman-Kardon-DP-1EU.jpg)
And the "brain" is just a little gray rectangular box with some mounting screws. I have all the parts/wiring/etc. You can connect this to your factory head unit either through wireless FM, wired FM (adapter included) or red/white RCA connectors. The iPod hooks up through the dock connector.
Now, only thing... because this stinkin' D+P is a bazillion years old, it doesn't work with the newest iThings. You can use it with any older iPods... I've been using it with a 2nd generation Nano (the first colored ones) and it worked fine.
So with all that said... anyone want it? It was big pimpin' back in the day and I paid who-knows-what for it. How does $35 sound?

Good to know for all you guys still living in the Arlington / Alexandria / Herndon area. Dude was from Ashburn, crazy. I think this is a pretty good strategy for the FBI to fight terrorism, they are basically planting seeds of doubt in would-be terror contributors so that they never know if they're dealing with real Al-Queda or with FBI informants. Unfortunately I don't think it's a foolproof plan but if there's anything good about "big brother" practices it's that our intelligence community can root this stuff out before it actually goes down.

| Aluminum Trunk Floor? |

So the trunk on the 240 is pretty much toast. I thought about cutting it out and welding in an aluminum sheet, maybe half inch? 1/4 inch? or somewhere inbetween? Any better ideas? My problem is that the rust goes right up to the rear of the trunk so I am not sure how I would cut that out without replacing the whole trunk floor?
