Okay, so I need some photoshop help. Id like to get away from the whole "boring" but clean for my race car, cause...hell, its a race car :lol: To stand out a bit more ive been thinking of color schemes, heck the only reason this is really brought up is because I have to paint the roll cage going in, and originally I Was just going to go white. Buuuuttt some ideas of bringing more attention to the race car is to make some flashy color...





Edit : A Quick Forza Motorsports shot, the roll cage should be that color as well, and I wanted the wheels to be the mirror color but it came out a little dark...

Hey guys, we are moving back to h'burg this weekend, well we are moving our shit, Rex has to stay 1 more week. But we need some help loading the truck on Saturday morning. We are getting an early start as our major help has to be at a wedding at noon. So we plan on being at the house at 8 a.m. with a Uhaul. We've moved a ton down here to h'burg already, so its mostly furniture. So we just need a few strong backs for like 2 hours tops. Or.. if you are in H'burg still, you are more than welcome to come over and help us move into the new house in Weyers Cave.

I'm curious what people out there carry because I'm thinking I was something new. I carried a Benchmade knife for years but stopped carrying when my previous employer banned any "weapons" on campus. After that I carried around the Leatherman Charge for awhile and loved it, even though it was big and bulky. I had to stop wearing it once I bought pants that actually fit me because there was no way to carry it comfortably. It's still great for camping, hiking, etc but not for every day use.

What do you carry around?

Cleaning out the shed, I have 3 Miata finish panels I need to get rid of (somehow I have ended up with 6 in there......). 1 red, 2 blue/green (Montego I believe). Both OEM, all mounting tabs and no cracks.

i never wear it and its a little big on me. was thinking of donating it but thought someone here might like it. dark navy blue with tan accents, polyester "weave" fabric - pretty light in the summer. i'm 5' 8, about 160 lbs and it kinda looks like a bag on me. you guys with wider shoulders and some actual muscle will fare better.

the accents are more tan than grey. it says "Mobil 1" on the right sleeve (partially cut off).

I have a beautiful M3 sitting in the driveway that I still owe 5k on plus the 2k of work that is "needed" to make it a reliable DD and yet I'm trying to figure out how I can work a miata into the budget to autocross and eventually track...is this a downward spiral?

Ok so my original intention was to DD the M and autocross/occasional track it...it would be outfitted with racing seats and 5 points and some other goodies down the road to make a bulletproof autocrosser...now all I can think about is how perfect that car is without touching it that I want to just DD it and make it a nice reliable car, and in-turn have a full fledged miata race car that I wouldn't car about looks, just performance (and maybe some giant M's painted on the side)

Not sure why I posted this but I was bored and wondered if anyone else is in the same boat, I believe Jake might be close but change the story a little, his e36 happens to be an e34 because he now has joined the real world and must be practical
