I need to run down to Williamsburg this weekend and trailer a car back to the Burg. Would anyone with a truck be willing to lend a hand for Saturday? The truck will be well taken care of and returned will a full tank of gas.
I will be pulling the car with either a dolly or a trailer...not sure which one yet.

a camaro running around this area with 500@ the wheels?

i saw one and was told that it had that. just wondering if anybody else knew. it's red, slightly lowered, cowl hood, deep deep rumble exhaust. other than those things, it looks like any other camaro, but supposedly with 500, blown, wheel hp.

at $600-700 (I have shopped around none), seems like a decent investment if they actually help. Any feedback on these things? Any companies that you've heard who actually know what they're doing? Just something I'd probably consider IF I were going to get a bike. :wink:

Last year we got RJ completely shitfaced up at Dave and Busters in White Flint Mall. This year we plan to do it all over again up at Dave and Busters on Nov 2nd (yes that's tomorrow). I've already sent out an evite to a bunch of you who's email address that I already know.

I also invited most of the crew I hang out with during the week which as Andrew, Jayray, and Evan can tell you include quite a few attractive ladies.

Fearing retribution for my upcoming birthday and knowing he has to be in DC at 7:30 am we won't get getting Ryan as plastered as he was last year, but he will be having a few drinks. Someone will need to give him a ride to and from since my vehicle is already full with a couple Au Pairs and another friend.

Sound off here if you're attending. We plan to start around 8, but taking into account Gerald Time as well as Female Time we probably won't all get there till a little after 9pm.

Coming up fox mill rd towards my house around 4:45am, went up a hill. As I reached the top, saw a car sideways in the road about 15 ft from the crest of the hill. The driver was out of his vehicle and in my lane. Swerved left, Locked the brakes up, screamed like a bitch, threw my hands up and had impact.

Radiator support smashed in, front pass hub busted, hood, fenders, windshield, rear quarter panel dented.

Bruised knee and bloody nose from the airbag.

Guy blew a .16 BAC (repeat offender) and they locked him up.

Glad to be alive and hope I get something out of this. New car?

Don't really know if he's at fault though, so I might not get anything out of this since his car was stopped and I hit him. sigh. going to the hospital now.

Just thought id throw this out there, i forgot i even had this book, Its "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell. I was recommended this book when i was designing/building my turbo system for my car. Even if you arent planning on turboing your car you will gain a lot of knowledge. Heres a few Chapter titles:

Selecting the Turbocharger
Intercooling
Intake Manifolds
EFI
Carbs
Exhaust Manifold Design

Its a great book, i dont wanna sell it, being as its the only book ive read honestly from cover to cover, mainly cause there werent any sparknotes. But just thought id offer it to anyone who may wanna take a look at it. Especially all you miata guys who wanna take a look at turboing.
