Ok so Chan and I did the Mazda Zoom Zoom live last weekend down at ATL motor speedway. Got to run the new miata, rx-8, mazda3, and mazda6 through several courses (and they were manual trans!). For you NoVA types, I believe there is one at FedEx Nov. 12-13.
Some highlights:
-Trying to keep ping pong balls in a bowl mounted to the miata's hood while running a course.
-Getting our name tags clipped for "aggressive" driving (two clips and they kicked you out). Both Chan and I spun the little miatas on the "performance" (auto-x) course, his went more smoothly though, as he completed a turn a little hot, drifted down the straight and ended up doing a complete 360 and continuing on. The crowd loved it.
-Flashing MMs at the start-line camera:

Also, Chan manage to get a 42.8 on one run, but they *claimed* he hit two cones on that run, although we did not see any cones go down.

Whateva.

Boost mother fuckers! It is what's for breakfast.
I just eclipsed (haha!) 50 miles on the new (rebuilt) engine. Feels pretty damn good so far.
Next up...big injectors so I can run the crazy engine blowing boost again.
If MachV and my own dumbass hadn't delivered parts late or broken important things I already had this message would have been posted a week or two ago.

Not like anyone here has one or anything but, can you keep a look out for a cheap 99-04 mustang for me (my body style). looking for something around 3k. mostly just need a roller with a good body, doors and front bumper not important, the rest is, does not need a motor or even beable to roll, just a decent paint job and good frame.
send all leads to chad@2kgt.com
thanks,

PICS AT BOTTOM NOW!!
Alright guys and gals, it's about time I start thinking about selling this thing. It’s proved to be a decent ride for quite some time now, but I need to move on. So this is my attempt to gauge any interest. If you’re seriously looking for something to take on as a project or just want something for a daily, let me know.
History, brief description and testimony to a great truck.
1992 Ford Ranger Sport. 3.0LV6, manual. Reg Cab, Long Bed. Tealish like in clolor.
I acquired it at 29,xxx miles back in 95. Since then she has racked up 240,xxx miles. As far as I know, it was never wrecked before I bought it; and I can tell you with a smile, it's never happened since I have owned it. It does have little dings and dents. It has some rust spots, but nothing has fallen off. With some basic body work and a new paint job she would look great. No major engine failures like warped heads or blown rings. I have had the distributor replaced and that has been about it for any big internal repairs. Everything else has been the typical maintenance and repair thing. i have kept the interior as clean as I can over the last 10 years. Usually a can of carpet cleaner makes the inside almost new again. Some dash parts have some wear, but nothing that can't be covered up or fixed for a little bit of money and TLC. I have driven this truck like it's a sports car just about daily for those 10 years.....and sometimes i think it believes it is one.
Things removed, things done and things that can be done.
The truck came with A/C, but I removed it after it stopped working the second summer I owned it. Everything is gone, so that can’t be put back on.
I have added the following things since owning.
Engine
• JBA headers
• Catco 12” hi-flow cat 2.50” in/out
• 40 series Flowmaster muffler dumped under bed
• Custom intake made from Honda accord CAI kit. (current: silver intake see pics)
• MSD 6 ignition with MSD Blaster coil
• Accel 8.8mm wires
• 180┬░ Tstat
• Perma Cool 16” 2950cfm electric fan
• Underdrive crank pulley
• 14lbs balanced and blueprinted injectors
• 155lph Holley fuel pump
• Centerforce Stage II clutch
• Modded MAF housing
Interior
• XR4Ti seats
• 5” tach with light mounted in dash (see pics)
Items I have to come with truck.
• Ford Racing Trac-loc
• 3.73 gears
• 99 upper intake for swap. it's better than current!
• 5.0L throttlebody
• 3” Drop I –beams
• Another intake I made from 3” stainless (it's the black one, see additional intake pic)
• Stock seats, although the drivers seat was converted from the 60 bench to a bucket like the passengers side. (if wanted, otherwise going to dump)
• Stock exhaust manifolds and Y-pipe (if wanted, otherwise going to dump)
• New Carpet, same grey color.
• 2 other MAF housings, one modded, one Stock which is going to get put on in next few days
Again if you’re looking for something, let me know and we’ll talk. I personally would like to see at least $2500 for all of this. It’s a fun truck, it has surprised a lot of people. Perfect truck to sart out with, it's already gotten most of the bolt-on stuff and all she needs is a nice supercharger on top of her. I've already done half the work for you!!!
I’m also not ready to part with any of the extra stuff at this time or anything that is on the truck now. I am a lazy bastard and don’t have time to track down shipping info and finding boxes for all the extra little things that I have. If you're willing to come get something then that might be fine otherwise it's a One time sale of everything!
