The only issue he's ever had was with the transmission, which was his own fault, not that of the car's. Like I said earlier...the only problem with the 2.5 RS is the WRX.

seriously though, go for a test drive. No b00st, but still a great car none-the-less. With a carmax car you won't run the risk of buying a piece from a private party.
