I would recommend taking 42 north out of Harrisonburg rather than 33 east. There arent any stoplights on 42 until you get to the next town. 33 East has a ton of them. Way less traffic on 42 as well. Also there are a bunch of fun back roads between 42 and 11.

In short 42 is much better for taking rolling shots than 33. 42 is where this picture of chads old car came from.
