For serious!? That's nuts. What do Jeeps go for new? I wouldn't have guessed that thing was worth half what you're saying the KBB is. Or is this some super special model that's highly sought after? I know nothing on these things... educate.

Justin once again beat me to the correct answer. Basically Wranglers in general hold their value like few other vehicles. This particular vehicle is rare in that they only Built the TJ Unlimited ("LJ") for three years from 2003-2006. There was no "Unlimited Sahara" back then so you did what was done here, order a sport with all the premium packages.
