JPolen01 Wrote:Evan, I'm honestly bothered by your comments. Get off your high horse. We got the order in last week. As stated multiple times on this forum and Facebook and when you placed the order, I said that orders can be picked up at the solo or shipped at your expense. Do you expect mm to float the shipping? There goes all of the money we made on this order. Maybe you didn't receive an email and that needs to be fixed.
Throwing a bitch fit about an item of apparel that you don't even need yet (read: it's not even fucking cold out) is not the way to handle it. We took what maybe $50 from you? You know plenty of people in mm and can contact any one of them if you are confused about something. We aren't here to steal your money. You paid a negligible amount of money for some sweatshirts. I think you can wear something else until you get yours.
Fuck your money. I'll pay the shipping myself.

First of all, whether someone is going to wear their apparel the day they get it, or never, is immaterial. Someone paid for something, they've filled their end of the bargain. Second of all, if $50 is negligible, then give it to him for free. Either way I don't think MM should be in the business of telling people what amount of money is and isn't negligible. It was his money, he paid for something, he should've been notified. Who knows, maybe you guys did send him the email and he missed it. In that case point to said email and be done with it. Telling people that they should suck it up because you don't think it is a lot money to them is a poor attitude to take.
If the ball was dropped or there was miscommunication, sometimes people will call you out for it. Acknowledge it, maybe make some adjustments, and move on. To rant at someone telling them that they don't need X right away anyway and $50 is not a lot of money and 'fuck your money' is not only not an appropriate response to a legitimate complaint, it's not how an officer of MM should be responding to a complaint.
I know it's easy to get pissed off when you work really hard for the club and then people bitch you out over one facet of what you did or did not do. I've been in that boat, as have plenty of officers over the years. But that's not the time to come back and attack the person who had a legitimate issue, even if it did come off as a rant.
