This. Order is in. A few of us picked up stuff at Rex's house when we worked on his Jeep. To be fair, it came in when the site/forum was down, so it was probably overlooked.

Yeah it's been done. Please "like" us on facebook for updates that don't make it here. I have the order in hand. Since we lost that thread (sucks because I wanted it around for future orders):
Orders can be picked up at the College Solo on Sept 29
Orders can be shipped at buyer's expense. One person (Steve) sent extra money with his order for shipping. His will be going out by the end of the week.

Wow. Several weeks ago. Good thing I started a thread. Were you planning on just keeping the stuff that I ordered until I came asking for it?
So I was expected to troll your facebook page or read "some event threads" in order to get the stuff that I already paid for?
You have everyone's email address from the paypal, and it would have taken you 3 minutes to send everyone an email. Not everybody checks facebook every 5 minutes or reads completely unrelated event threads (when the forum is actually up)
Simple communication isnt hard. You guys really fucked this one up and now I have to get this thing shipped when anyone from nova could have picked mine up for me had I actually been told several weeks ago that the order was in.

Evan, while I agree that they could have emailed everyone. I got an email about the apparel order being in. Also, it was last Saturday, Sept. 1 that they got the order in. So not really several weeks. Take a fucking pill, I'll pay for your shipping.

Wow Evan, what got you all rustled? The fact is, we lost the thread where the order was placed, and that was nobody's fault. So the officers tuned to Facebook as their medium in the interim.
I did receive an email giving an update. Let me get to my desk and I can even give you a date and time stamp.
Sorry that you not having a $50 sweatshirt for an extra week is causing so much anguish.

I don't quite understand people telling Evan to take a chill pill when he paid for something in advance and was not given any notification that it arrived, although some other people did. The ball was dropped. It's understandable that it happens, but it's also understandable that some people are not going to be happy when it happens.
Let's take this as a learning experience. In the future when people's money is taken for something, there needs to be direct communication with them via email, and we need to ensure that everyone who paid for something is accounted for when things come in. I know we've come to rely on the forum in the past to communicate but when money is involved we need to take things one step further.

So while I agree that if he didn't get an email about it all, then that definitely a problem, and that ball has been dropped a lot over the years. But I also think he was a little over the top,but after looking at it myself, I got my stuff the day it came in because of proximity to officers. And again, it came in last week, so it wasn't a few weeks, which I can understand being frustrated with. Jon Polen, I blame you for this.

Evan, I'm honestly bothered by your comments. Get off your high horse. We got the order in last week. As stated multiple times on this forum and Facebook and when you placed the order, I said that orders can be picked up at the solo or shipped at your expense. Do you expect mm to float the shipping? There goes all of the money we made on this order. Maybe you didn't receive an email and that needs to be fixed.
Throwing a bitch fit about an item of apparel that you don't even need yet (read: it's not even fucking cold out) is not the way to handle it. We took what maybe $50 from you? You know plenty of people in mm and can contact any one of them if you are confused about something. We aren't here to steal your money. You paid a negligible amount of money for some sweatshirts. I think you can wear something else until you get yours.
Fuck your money. I'll pay the shipping myself.

? We sent out I believe somewhere between 3 and 5 e-mails pertaining to the order.....at least one of them (from Jon P.) was about pick up etc.

Thank you Julie- also didn't actually pick up order until all of us officers were back in town to pick up order- payment options through SOS were VERY strict and restricted us on this one.
