I don't quite understand people telling Evan to take a chill pill when he paid for something in advance and was not given any notification that it arrived, although some other people did. The ball was dropped. It's understandable that it happens, but it's also understandable that some people are not going to be happy when it happens.
Let's take this as a learning experience. In the future when people's money is taken for something, there needs to be direct communication with them via email, and we need to ensure that everyone who paid for something is accounted for when things come in. I know we've come to rely on the forum in the past to communicate but when money is involved we need to take things one step further.
