See if you can score some old countertop or metal sheet to cover the workbench with - plywood is ok but it gets gross. I wouldnt bother with the ceiling fans, just get some big ass floor fans, like you already have - they're awesome. Get as much lighting as you can get in there - it really helps - especially when you prep the floor. Looks like you could insulate in and sheetrock the sides of the garage - this will help keep it warmer in the winter, and will help the lighting too. Compressor and a press will be very helpful - get a quiet compressor if you can swing it, I cant hear myself think with the one I have running. May want to think about a 220V outlet at some point too for a welder
