Nice work Lee. Looks good.

Thanks =D

I'm the first one to admit I'm a total ricer at heart ha ha. I just couldn't stand looking at those garbage old calipers any more. I also installed a front strut bar I bought off of the IS forums. I may try to pick up a rear strut bar and do some sways eventually before I hand it over to my brother. I don't really want to fuck with the suspension though because I really like the stock ride quality. If I have to replace the springs / struts I'll probably just pick up another OEM set.

How do you expect those vinyls to hold up? Are they some sort of special high heat/dust and chemical resistant type?

- WRXtranceformed - 05-05-2007

I dunno, I applied them when the paint was still tacky, and that stuff hardens into a rock... hopefully they'll stick on there for a while. If not, they're only 5 bucks so I'll order some new ones if they get nasty.

I've seen a bunch of other people's, one in person, that have done the same thing and they seemed to have held up pretty well.

Oouuu, if I keep this car around long enough and end up getting different aftermarket wheels, these wouldn't be a bad way to go!

Those are BBS knockoffs (just the centercaps thrown on) but that gold with the chrome lip looks amazing with that color car.

NOW you want gold wheels?

GTFO!

LMAO. That is a great combination of colors, always loved gold with polished lip on white but it is too bling/expensive for me. Looks like you did a great job on those brakes Lee, nice work.

- ziich - 05-17-2007

oh. hell. yes.
i think you can't afford NOT to do that.

- Jeff - 05-23-2007

that lip is sick...get that before you worry about the wheels. Is that a mad-tite JDM bling grill too?

- Feersty - 05-24-2007

That Altezza is hot as hell.

- WRXtranceformed - 05-26-2007

Yah, that is the JDM altezza badge on that grille.... I don't know if that's a true JDM grille or not though. I like that lip a lot too, it works well with the stock body panelling.
