Okay so ive had this electrical gremlin since I bought the car. The car would lose battery charge quickly and also during driving, if I have more than two accessories going (AKA windshield wipers one, headlights two, radio three) then the car would not have enough energy to keep the car going. At first I thought bad battery/alternator sicne thje battery was old and the alternator was also not showing much life at idle.
However, after I replaced these items with an optima red top and new alternator the problem continues. I dont feel bad cuz they needed to be replaced anyway, but it pissed me off that there was more of a problem. There is a draw somewhere in the system. I havent had much time nor experience enough in electronics to pinpoint it. So far I have elimnated a lot of things, the voltmeter would show healthy volts/amp without any accessories but owuld drop drastically as more accesories were put on. We ended up turning off the car and noticed the battery was losing charge FAST!!! We pulled fuses and put em back in trying to find the culprit, we found it, but not necessarily the easiest to fix, it turned out to be the ignition fuse of all things. Leading it to be almost ANYTHING.
For any of you that have managed to read all of this and know anything that could help fix this problem let me know. If any of you are experts and think you could fix it by taking a look at my car ill provide beer and pizza! Or if you would like 20 bucks or something. I hope someone will be able to help me, maybe make a friend and not charge my broke ass!

So, the other night after leaving BWF in Chantilly after a NASIOC meet, I stop at a stoplight on 50W. A brand new silver C6 (with T-tops?) and an older convertible Mustang GT pull up on either side of me.
We all kind of look at each other, nod, and the triple threat of our exhaust notes was probably keeping everybody awake behind us.
The traffic clears out of the intersection and I know our light is turning green soon. We give each other one more look, the light turns green, and BAM!....
We all drive off normally. It actually really surprised me that all three cars showed total restraint. I think besides all three of us being mature adults, there was sort of a mutual respect of each others cars.
I can't say I've never messed around with another car on a highway, I'm sure most have at some time or another, but the reality of what the consequences can be of street racing (both in terms of potential physical damage as well as getting your car impounded / license lost) has just left me with really no desire to get involved with anything like that at all. Or maybe I'm just getting old
If that's the case, bring on the gray hairs! But damn, the  inside me really wants to know how I'd do against that Corvette 8)

i was looking for a calendar this weekend because i need to get more organized, and i realized all the calendars i was looking at sucked. i know we have some great pictures MM events, vehicles, and moments and i think the cost to make a run of calendars wouldn't be too expensive. we could even hold an annual competition for the pictures that could go in it. would anyone be interested?

What morons. I can sort of understand how passionate they are about their riding but it seems that they do a very poor job of estimating and managing risk. Motorized jackassery has a way of catching up with you. The sad thing is that there are a lot of imitators who have, and will get hurt and killed on the street.
Not saying stunting isn't cool or anything, just that you have to do it right.
