hey jack, you know the pictures at the top of the page behind the MM logo and club statement (the Z, vette, mclaren F1, etc). do we have any cool new pictures to put up there? not a gripe at all, just wondering. i know it would be a hassle but if you did find any cool new stuff it would be a nice change.

I learned that the Tony Roma's close to my house closed down. No more for me unless I travel for a bit. Just thought I'd share my heartbreaking news.

i was browsing through the Bi-Lo today and they have a small PC game rack. i saw an old favorite that i had a demo of like 2 years ago: Insane Offroad by codemasters. it was 4.99, so naturally i said what the hell and picked it up. i forgot how much fun this game is. the graphics and sound arent amazing by current game standards, but its still very realistic. there is alot of adjustability and the game play is all kinds of fun. the suspension articulation on the vehicles is awesome, and the damage is so realistic. the vehicles are stadium trucks, military trucks, jeeps, baja bugs, sand rails and dakar buggies. you can play regular races, capture the flag, pathfinder, destruction derby, and some others i cant think of right now. its simple stuff but in the end you just want to play it again. i know offroading isnt exactly the biggest interest of this club but this game is great, and if you see it for 4.99 like i did then snatch it up.
any old favorite cheapo games you guys can think of? another one that isnt racing related that i used to play like whoa was delta force 2. that and unreal tournement...definitely killed my morning classes

RX7club member Wrote:asker: do they make intercoolers for n/a's. just wondering
...
Member's reply: LOL, yea of course they do. They are gauranteed to cool the air down to near ambient temperature. LMAO Besides cooling the intake air to near ambient temperature, it is most efficient if you use it with a blowoff valve. On a naturally aspirated car, when you shut the throttle, the air still wants to go into the engine. With a blowoff valve you can vent this excess air to the atmosphere to help protect your intake system and the intercooler. I wish you guys could see the tears in my eyes from laughing while im writing this.
...
Other reply: I think you should do a write up on the installation of the intercooler on your N/A. We could archive it so everyone will know how to do it. Please get some dyno results when you are done.
....
asker: ok who makes a nice cooling system?
...
Reply: You can try this site, I hear they are the best in the world
