2010 Moto Track Day Season

I'm starting to scope dates for track days next year and was wondering what events people were interested in doing so maybe we can go to the same events and pool costs.

I'd only be looking to do Friday, Saturday, or Sunday events and I'd prefer not to do Shenandoah or VIR Patriot unless I share rides with someone on something less than the 1000. Although I guess I could try it out to see how it goes.

Here are some events that I was looking at for April/May (the ones I might wanna go to are marked with an *), what are you guys interested in?

Sat - Apr 3: NJMP Thunderbolt (NESBA) $205 *
Sun - Apr 4: NJMP Thunderbolt (NESBA) $205 *

Fri - May 14: VIR-North (NESBA) $185 *
Sat - May 15: VIR-South (NESBA) $165
Sat - May 15: NJMP Lightning (NESBA) $205 *
Sun - May 16: NJMP Lightning (NESBA) $205 *
Sun - May 23: VIR Patriot (TPM)
Sat - May 29: NJMP Thunderbolt (TPM)

I'd definitely like to ride Thunderbolt, maybe the late April date.

Thunderbolt is awesome - i would totally do it again with TPM. I would also like to try Lightning

i could be down for the late April sessions with TPM or the late May sessions with TPM at NJMP. i would likely just do either or day instead of both though.

So we have two votes for Thunderbolt in late April with TPM? If we were to only do one day should probably do Saturday to make it easier for John to get home. I'd be down for two days but I'm not pressed about it.

Honestly, which day or how many doesn't make a bit of difference to me. I have whatever flexibility I need with work, so no worries on that front.

In looking around at schedules, I took a peek at the CA Superbike School website. Somehow, I completely missed that they're now using S1000RR for school bikes. Now I'm tempted to go back for Level 3...

I noticed that last week when I was looking into dates. If anyone goes decided to do Thunderbolt on Labor Day, let me know.
