FS: 56" Samsung 1080i DLP HDTV

Yep! Decided today that there's no point in this TV sitting around our townhouse with no place to be used. It's so big that it really doesn't make sense to even put it in my room.

This TV is magnificent. It has a crystal clear picture, supports HDMI, S-Video and HD component cables, PC input for PC gaming on a big scale, has the built in HD tuner so all you need is an HD dish, HD receiver and of course HD service. It also has 6 integrated speakers that are built into the side frame of the television that rock, and it has touch screen controls on the base.

I'm really reluctant to let this TV go, but I really have no place to put it here and the TV I just bought literally dwarfs this TV. If it doesn't sell I'm fine with it and will keep it until I move into a place down south.

I'm asking $1200. Don't lowball because I'd rather keep it than get a super low price for it. This will not be shipped, and I'm not fucking meeting anyone anywhere for this thing. It needs to be picked up at my house with a means to get it back to yours. It is heavy and large. I will help you load it into a truck of course, and I have some bubble wrap you can wrap the screen with to protect it.

If you don't think this is a good price, keep it out of this thread. I know what's out there, and this TV completely owns most of my friends' brand new TVs. It gets compliments every time someone sees it for the first time, and it will no doubt draw compliments in your house. Pics:

No this is the old one. The one I bought is much larger, and is 1080p as opposed to 1080i.

Thanks Jeff =) It really is an awesome gaming TV, as you can see by the UT2k4 I was playing on it at the time. Also I should mention that I linked the TV up to my home amp and surround sound speakers shortly after I bought it, so the speakers in the TV itself have hardly been used.

Well, it looks like I'm buying a lip kit and some sideskirts for my IS, so I just dropped the price down to $1200. I'd like this thing to help pay for getting them painted... 3 stage paint isn't cheap
