I wonder if I'm even registered with how much I've moved lately.
It's to late to register to vote, but you should still go out to the polls and attempt to vote anyways. It can't hurt to try. The worst that can happen is that they turn you away. The results of this election are going to be very interesting, whoever wins I just hope that they get the job done.

I was thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis close: (_) to "throwing my vote away" on the constitution party, then decided not to.
But now I have a nice shiney sticker that says: "I voted" and then I wrote: "Bitches!" on it.

you're assuming there is going to be another job waiting for those 700 folks.
lets be honest... without aol, the internet certainly would not be where it was today. granted they are a dinosaur and have been slow to adopt changes in an ever changing market, but they are well on their way to grasping a hold of their diminishing market and gaining new ground is not out of the question.

mismanagement of a monstrosity of a corporation based on outdated technology has nothing to do with Bush's economic policy. You can play the blame game all you want, but fact of the matter is its AOL/TW own fault.
Dont get me wrong, I think AOL is a great asset to this area and the economy here, and I wish they could have stayed agile enough to keep up instead of staying stuck in 1998.
It is widely considered on wall street that the Bush economic plan is better for jobs and the economy than the Kerry pipe dream.
The invisible hand is without bias or partisanship, and if the "Kerry Crash" does in fact happen, you have your proof right there sitting you in your face.
