:?: I dont get it :?: Just cause your license is revoked doesn't mean you're prohibited from registering for HPDE events.

I guess some people (like This guy, and Ghettoracer and our most recent interweb hero, that iflysolo guy) should just be thrown out and not welcome back. If the offense was serious enough to pull his license and he's put on some sort of suspension (1 year?) then that should mean all events IMHO.

I agree, but since I wasn't part of the review board for this incident I couldn't chime in on the penalties.

:kool: You forget rule 13, or whatever the hell it is, the Race Director can do anything they want, include putting people on the IRB.

The issue with letting him register for HPDE IMO is that he disobeyed an order from an official, almost ran an official over, and showed disregard for saftey. That IMO should punt his ass out for good.

Ah, I forgot the make up the rules as you go clause in the CCR... at least only the OH and SE regions like to use that one.
*ducks and runs*

How long does he have to stay in HPDE? Plus, I thought he said he was 'Done with NASA'
white_2kgt Wrote:How long does he have to stay in HPDE? My assumption would be as long as anyone else has to stay in HPDE, it'll be reviewed on a case by case basis like all other entrants. If and when he chooses to try for SuperComp again, he'll have to be approved.
