We need to know of any flaggers by this Wednesday 10 days before the event.
So far I have only one definite worker:
Peter Denbigh: Timing/Scoring or announcing depending on John C.

Questions/comments:
John C and Jess.....was this the event that you weren't sure if you could attend?

Ryan, I know you mentioned something about working an upcoming event but I can't remember if it is this one or the October one.

Julie, Rex and Jason: I received your question about working only one day. We will initially take people who can work both days of the event, but if for some reason we don't have enough of those, I will contact you.

Chad Dalton: Grid
Christina Dalton: Timing
Jess Chapin: Grid
John Chapin: Announcer
Pete Denbigh: Timing
DJ Fitzpatrick: Flag training (2nd weekend)

(Kaan and Matt....you know what you do!)

As far as hotels are concerned, I currently have one hotel room for 4 workers (Chad, Christina, Ryan and DJ) since others have other hotel plans. However, Alison just informed me that her car will likely not be ready for the event. If we can fill her HPDE spot at this late date, and if we have a worker position for her, then I will add one more room. Right now, a room is under Ryan's name at the Shoney's Inn.
