I'll take it, I guess. It's not  I was pointing out that you were the first one to bite and resort to name calling.

Then that's not bait for trolling, that's just your real opinion, and I told you what I think of you now that you have told us.

Dude, I'm pretty set where I am, and I'm still always looking. You never know man. Set up some job alerts and send out your resume if it seems like a fit - worst case scenario you get some interview experience.

I don't feel like we're on the same plane right now my man. Or maybe you don't understand trolling. I never said that wasn't my real opinion did I? I thought I made it pretty clear how I feel about those signs. Obviously once people started taking up arms about it the trolling began...You came in right in the middle and were the first to show your true colors I'm not gonna hold it against you though because I'm the same way as Ken.
Unless you're a dirty terrorist then I'm going to judge you right out of the gate.

Never stop looking for jobs, too easy to get comfortable and not learn new things.
Besides, 99% of companies dont give a single fuck anymore about employees and will throw their people out if that quarter's earnings werent high enough.

Yea, it's not just white collar companies. We're worked till we break it feels like and when somebody breaks (which it seems like they break way earlier then they should if im still hanging in and I'm a privileged college bitch) but once they break and quit, the rest of us have to pick up the slack and they don't give a shit or listen to anything we say to try and help ourselves. The routes are too tight time wise with too many stops and they don't give a fuck that they set up delivery times that get their drivers yelled at because if the account says no lunch then why the fuck would you schedule the stop for lunch time.
You know what grinds my gears, fucking management that gives no fucks whatsoever about their employees or what they have to go through on a daily basis, even after they've done the same job at one point.

Shit rolls down hill and sadly at the end of the day the number one priority is taking care of the shareholders...not the guy busting his ass choking on his own blue collar.

As management... employees who want a raise because they actually did the job they were hired for.... not above and beyond, just their normal 8 hours a day and getting the minimum done.

when my employees have to step up and carry more weight... i, at least, take them out for happy hour or dinner/lunch... together or separately. whatever works out schedule wise... where we can still get the job done.

I really like how the word "trolling" has just become a blanket to cover up being a rude person.
lololol i trolled uuuuu xoxoxoxo

What jobs you got? Delivering beer is fucking hard! Lol. The employee discount only takes a little bit of the sting away from having to get up a 3:45 in the morning so I can take 340lbs worth of kegs down into some shitty basement at a time (or up into a goddamn attic if we're talking jack browns) lol

You ready to suck up your ego and actually do an entry level job and have an open mind? Move to a place you "arent" comfortable with?
Send me your resume, I do wish MM could be a bit more encouraging like some of the business fraternities about helping each other out. I can't "give you" a job, but I might be able to give you the opportunities to prove yourself.
You probably make decent money delivering right now, and probably will take a small hit in pay. Remember, grass is always greener on the other side. Do you want to be behind a desk, have people constantly back-stabbing you for career advancement (or their own ego), and in the winter go to work in the dark and get back in the dark? Decide your priorities.

Idk, maybe. A small hit in pay plus rent in nova sounds like it'd be pretty tough to pull off. And I go to work around 4:45 am now and get home around 6pm now so I'm used to the whole no sun thing.
My resume is pretty shit. But a career move is definitely something I need to sit down and consider.
Don't take that as me being ungrateful. I would really appreciate any help I can get. It's just something I need to feel out if it's right for me.

Everyone starts somewhere. I had a degree when I came out but the job market was complete shit (thanks .com boom!) and started as a temp. And you dont have to do it in Nova either.

This, this right here is why "our generation" complains about no jobs, and employers complain about hiring.
You want your cake and to eat it too. Work/life balance is more important to our generation and "tough to pull off/"feel out if it is right for me" is NOT that you can't get a job; you just dont want to do what it takes. Not insulting you by any means; it's your priority. Complaining about your job is what all of us do; but it obviously can't be that bad if you weigh staying at it vs taking the jump.

Im not saying I need to start out at a higher position or need more personal time or anything like that. And my job sucks, but I'm just saying I don't know if the move is what I need right now. I'm not sure I'd be able to do the desk thing and thats what I need to sit down and think about. I also have some other shit going on in my life right now that I don't openly share and maybe a drastic change would be good but it's just something I have to feel out

You dont have to have a career that requires sitting at a desk.

When people sit in the left lane and then you pass them on the right. They then get pissed you passed them. Decide to speed up the 10mph they were below the speed limit then another 10 to start tailgating you.
Also, when you get tailgated in a manual car for accelerating not as fast as the person behind you wants to accelerate.
Finally, when people tailgate you when there is a line of traffic and nowhere to go (I hate this the most because I know for sure that person is going to slam into me if there is a sudden stop)
