Dave, I agree as well, but that wasn't his choice. He is the 3rd owner of that car. Both previous owners are on nasioc. The original owner added that tow hook and cage. Sadly, he did not track the car.

Could be a spring loaded one.....seen them on porsches, they pop out further when needed.

That car is in modified right now. No real info on the cage or what it was intended to race in. I was kind of hoping for an explanation on that

Its a track turbo awd car, the hood will be popped because it will inevitably have to be towed in after an engine problem anyway :lol:

From the looks of that color it looks like Project Mu calipers which are far from rice.
