so now that Goodspeed got that out of his system, here's a rare-ass VAG car i'd love to own someday: Touareg V10 diesel. they sound amazing with straight pipes:

aside from insane torque and actual off-road ability, they are just really weird and neat overall. for instance the timing system is entirely gear driven, no belts or chains.

Cool! Looks like a very clean install... is the new 5.0 a physically smaller engine than the old one? Engine bay has a lot of room from what I can tell.

It looks that way because there is no fan on the radiator. I also don't see any AC condenser and all its associated piping.

No, but it weighs a lot less and makes a lot more power. Big Grin
