Like a thousand angry bisons they came forth, tumbling downwards upon us from the hills of Bavaria. Black Forest beasts, they spread like the armies before them to conquer souls both willing and terrified. From the Green Hell they arose, and now the Americas they reside, conformity their calling card or be it death. One community particularly subjugated, their discourse resembling a hive mind of propaganda and group think, their minds broken under the might of the M-Powered Messerschmitt.

These souls cannot be saved.

The night air was thick with the sickly sweet of plastic cooling parts and cheap leather. Clutch delay valves and torn rear suspension mounts litter the once pristine landscape. As he inhaled, the cigarette burned in the dark like the Eye of Sauron, full of malice. Above, the moonless sky was bright, thousands of stars, infinite diamonds looking down on a land forgotten by God. The exhaled smoke wafted upward towards the 7 brightest stars... "Fuckin' Krauts," he spat, as he flicked the cigarette towards a the kidney grille. A spark, a flame, a carbeque...the eternal flame of hope flickered once more in a lonely land.

For the record, I was the first current student to buy one of the damn things, and I bought it right before I was technically in MM. I don't follow the crowd, the crowd follows me.

Multi-colored threads unraveled as the four poor, lost souls hurtled north, following the guiding light of Garmin in the early morning hours. Their incentive? A mythical bird, oft spoken of but never seen. Shards of plastic crumbled down as passers-by stared, unable to avert their eyes. The lustful timbre of resonating stainless steel combined with pulsing, repetitive beats and the occasional crunch of rubber meeting plastic to remind the travelers of their night prior, a night in which they set sail on a different sort of journey. Lo! The Captain lorded over one follower in particular, as punishment for travels of a perhaps too gleeful nature.

And mere hours later, it was good. Having satisfied their mission, they consumed not one fowl but three, washing down each bite with a drop of Allagash. Basking in their post-consumption haze, their faces were lit gently by an amber glow in the inky black of night. Rushing through the halos to home, the non-believers asked them, "Why?"

"Because, yellow," they answered. "Bitches love Dakar Yellow."

I meant I led this throng of current students that are buying e36 M3s. Last year it was me, Brian Ripley and that dude with the blown Dakar M coupe. Now there's tylers, chris's and about 4 more driving around campus.

Life fades the vision dims. All that remains are memories. I remember a time of chaos. Ruined dreams in this wasted land.
But most of all, I remember the E30 Warrior. The man we called Sean. He who road alongside the other BMW MM'ers.
To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time when the world was run by the OG. In a place where the campus sprouted great cities of pipe, steel, concrete bridges, and ISAT halls. Gone now swept away. For reasons long forgotten, new mighty warrior tribes went to continue on a conquest for bavarian might, and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. On the roads it was a white-line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, those who were brutal enough to pillage would survive. The new MM'ers were ready to wage war for a blue badge of bavarian might. And in this maelstrom of decay, ordinary men were battered and smashed.
Men that like BMW's, .........the warriors.


It's all about the OG! lol I can't believe how nice the E30 looks, back when the paint was still clinging on for dear life! And those e36's were freak'n hawt! I've actually had the e30 since 1999 if you can believe it. Question: Since I started to transform it into an e30 m3 (since I tossed the full M3 lower end on it) can we call it an honorary m3? It's only missing and engine and body kit lol.

Congrats Guys! It's good to see some BMW pride on campus still! So how many of you guys are down for tracking them? :thumbup:

Boobies has (since I just asked him last week) the E30 325i track car, an E30 Eta parts car, a black E36 328i that is going away soon, and a white E36 328is that he just bought.
