2000 Ford F150 XLT - $9800

118k miles, 5.4L, auto trans, 4x4, off-road/tow package, rhino linings bed liner, ABS, CD, power locks/windows, prodigy trailer brake controller.

I bought this truck 2 years ago to tow my racecar, and with the racecar long gone I want to get something with 3 pedals and better gas mileage. I only towed with it a few times last year but it tows really well - will tow at 70+ no problem at all. Truck had 88k on it when I bought it, and was under factory warranty to 100k. Soon after I bought it the dealership did some work on the truck - new alternator, balljoints, rebuilt the rear end and a few other small things. Truck has always had regular oil changes (every 3-4k) and transmission service (last one was 02/2007). I have all of the service records back to ~60k miles, will have to look to see if I have more past that. New Rancho shocks installed on the front (rears still in the box). Nearly new BFG tires (stock size, 265/70/17). Spark plugs, fuel filter, brakes (front pads/rotors/calipers, rear pads, fluid), air filter and coolant all changed at 100k miles. This truck is in great shape, never abused, mostly highway miles - no body damage, never used for construction, no off roading. The truck has not had a single problem since I've owned it.

More pictures this weekend:

I've put a few miles on this truck and it's definitely been a great, reliable driver. Recently passed VA emissions (right?) and safety inspections.
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

I think safety inspection was a few months ago - its up for emissions next month, but I will take care of that if someone wants to buy this and register it in Virginia.

I hauled some IKEA furniture in it. Our Futon, I think. Great truck.

I have neither defecated nor fornicated in it, however.

Room for a guy blowing another guy in the front seat? Wow... that is roomy.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

He probably feels left out, I'm sure he wants to borrow it so he can accomplish one or both of those things.

cmon RJ, you're a big proponent of the canyonero. you have to advertise that this truck is:
12 yards long and 2 lanes wide
the unexplained fires are for the courts to decide

-or-

seats 15 and smells like a steak

-or-

the only truck endorsed by a clown
