It seemed to me like it was another white Miata, and wasn't Evan, I am probably wrong though.

The tire noise is the Yok A032's. Those things give me a headache on the highway
 Although given my recent history of going acricultural at every fucking event this year (twice in one session @ Beaver!) I probably should stick with super swampers.
