I'll try to grab some short ribs (korean style) since they are small and easy to eat for Sat night grilling. I'm thinking we should start a small Tupperware bin to keep together with utensils, plates, etc for future track days.

Regarding your trailer - you should have no problem running something like a crock pot. A compressor is going to be the biggest problem - but assuming you're plugged into ground power, it wont be. The generator I bought has an extra "boost" feature for when the AC kicks on which I imagine is a similar load.

Its a small compressor and I am hooked into a dedicated 30A line. I also have my friends Honda EU2000i just in case. I gotta pick one up during the summer for tracks that dont have dedicated power.

If you go the honda route, buy two. They wont start an AC singularly. I bought the Yamaha 2400ishc or some shit. Quiet, and will start an AC.

Damnit, I'm always really excited for the first track weekend of the year. I'm going to try to get there at around 5ish to set up in the paddock and swap tires. Whats on tap for tonight? Tavern? BDubs?

Insane... I can definitely say I have never raced in the snow with 5-foot visibility before.

Keeping the throttle pinned to the floor while looking out the side window to verify I was still on track was probably the most idiotic/scary thing I have done on track. If someone had stopped on the straightaway, I wouldnt have known till I hit them.
