Is the grill gonna be big enough to cook stuff for dinner. Officials are covered for lunches, but we'll need dinner food. I don't mind bringing stuff, but I need to know we are going to grill in the evening. The pregnant lady has to eat complete meals. So if we aren't going to grill, Rex and I are just going to run to dinner in Danville.

Hey DJ, whats the power outlet situation in your enclosed trailer look like? I ask because Jenn has brought up the possibility of cooking some crockpot chili on Saturday since the temps are going to be in the 30s. I don't know what trailer wiring or circuitry is like and I don't want to screw up anything if we load up the amps by plugging in a crockpot. I'll bring a power strip as well if we need more outlets. What do you think?

Trailer has a ton of outlets, wayyy more than even my garage As far as power capability, that is a good question, its running 30AMP 125v so I hope it will not be an issue as the only thing I will be running off of it is the occasional compressor, lights, and space heaters.

Regarding your trailer - you should have no problem running something like a crock pot. A compressor is going to be the biggest problem - but assuming you're plugged into ground power, it wont be. The generator I bought has an extra "boost" feature for when the AC kicks on which I imagine is a similar load.

Its a small compressor and I am hooked into a dedicated 30A line. I also have my friends Honda EU2000i just in case. I gotta pick one up during the summer for tracks that dont have dedicated power.

I'll try to grab some short ribs (korean style) since they are small and easy to eat for Sat night grilling. I'm thinking we should start a small Tupperware bin to keep together with utensils, plates, etc for future track days.
