Hey I just remembered that our church is doing the all you care to eat steak dinner on Saturday night. Its $14 and you get all the steak you want, baked potato, roll, coleslaw, peach, blueberry, and cherry cobbler and ice cream. A little pricey for you students, but I think Rex and I have to make an appearance so if anybody wants to go with us, just give me a heads up so I can get tickets. I know DJ, Mike D'Amico, and Mike Price all came last time and seemed to enjoy it.

Its pretty much a given we'll have to make an appearance, Rex's dad is one of the guys doing the dinner. Oh and the steak is cooked over hot coals in the BBQ pit.

Justin, there are some current students (like new members) planning to but have not registered yet. A freshman is driving Lincoln's car for example. Otherwise not sure who will be driving. I registered last night as luckily someone was kind enough to offer up a co-drive to me. (Some will be able to figure it out by the registration page) but maybe it can be a surprise.
If you guys are guna be there, I would love some steak but I think I have to entertain the other college's since they will be here that night  ad: Wish I could get all of em on board for steak shenanigans

If you guys are bringing several cars that don't have a SCCA annual inspection, please try to get there early. It makes life a lot easier for those of us teching the car when we don't have 20 cars show up 5 minutes before tech closesa, especially when we have to send some back for repairs to get teched again.......

Building on that, at the hangout/party/gathering Saturday it would be a great idea to show the first timers how to make sure their cars pass tech. It'd save time for everyone on Sunday morning so everyone can walk the course a crapload of times and win.
