3300 bucks? Jaysus, if you want belt fed that bad you could buy, you know, an *actual* belt fed.

I will admit though. One of D's customer has an HK21 and...it's pretty sexy.

So odd occurance that led to a new gun for me. I acquired a washing machine that wouldn't drain for free from a friend. Bout 45 minutes of digging at it and I found the obstruction in the pump causing the stoppage. Removed it and put it back together. Not two days later a guy posted on a local forum saying he was in need of a washing machine but didn't have any money, just some items to trade. The old washer I had was worth every bith of $50 so I traded him for a Raven Arms MP-25 and 50 rounds of ammo. It's a little turd of a pocket gun that shoots an underpowered round, but whatever, it's clean, neat looking and free.

I was actually impressed when I took it out today. I guess it being a centerfire instead of rimfire like that J22 I sold to you may have made a difference. I put 60 rounds through this little gun, in the rain, and it never missed the first beat. Fun to shoot.

Anybody have a particular gun/guns that you really regret getting rid of? I've owned (to date) 24 different guns, but I only regret getting rid of a few.

I regret selling my Ruger P89DC because it is the first pistol that I actually bought from a store with my own money. It was a great performing gun and I kinda miss it. It was in really crappy shape but I didn't care.

I regret selling my Beretta Stampede .45LC because it was really neat. It had an "old western" style belt signed and personalized by Bob Mernickle.

I regret selling my Inter-Arms .458 WinMag because it is not likely that I will ever own that large of a caliber again.

Part of me regrets selling my Rock Island 1911 and my Rock River AR-15 but I can pick either of them up pretty much anytime anywhere.

You guys have regrets?

Never sold a gun I've ever bought.. I did trade my Sig P226 .40 for a brand new Glock 19... I loved the fit and finish of the gun/accuracy but Glock was clearly the better choice for practical reasons.

I definitely regret selling my CZ-75BD. I'll get around to buying another one one of these days, but it was definitely a gun that really just felt right.

Apart from that, nope.

So I bought some of Samantha's christmas on amazon and since I was going to get free shipping, I figured why not buy a few gun goodies.

Picked up a hiviz front sight for my revolver. I keep my GP100 next to the bed as my home defense gun and in low light the front sight is nearly impossible to find. Purchased this new front sight with interchangable light tubes (red, yellow, white) for about $30. Pops right in and when you pull the gun up in front of you your eye is instantly drawn to the front sight, the way it should be.

Also picked up a little barska 3-9x32 plinker scope for my ruger 10-22. Also picked up a weaver rail to mount it on. Pretty decent for $40.

I was always worried about the durability of those fiberoptic sights.

I'm a little skeptical too, but I've got 5 spares and it's only $30. I'm sure replacement tubes can be had for even cheaper too. If I break a few I'm not too worried about it, beats dropping a big wad on true night sights. That revolver basically sees a lot of drawer duty so it doesn't get thrown around much.

If you didn't already, put a little blue loctite on those rail screws. Even really tightened down they have a tendency to loosen up after 100 rounds or so  Yay, I participated in this thread
Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.

Were on the same page there. I put blue loctite on any mount and scope ring I stick on a firearm. Didn't do that on a rifle a couple years ago and took about 6 rounds to figure out why I could never get shots on the paper haha.
