I really don't have the time to switch the site's server right now. It seems to be hosting issues as usual. 56hr weeks in NJ suck.

This discussion always ends the same. There really isn't anything we can do about this issue unless we want to pony up cash for hosting. I doubt Nexpoint even knows this sight exists at this point. If someone still knows someone there or the account details, feel free to call them and bitch at the free service we are still receiving.
Secondly, who owns the domain name? We need to make sure that doesn't expire.

Can anyone give a round number as to what the site will cost if/when we have to pay again?
So we paid for a year of hosting and then the provider just never made us pay the annual fee again? I'm out of the loop. In the meantime, I suggest we post more Supra shots for motivational purposes. Uck, the Chargespeed one is such an abomination. There is a silver one in the MD/DC/VA area with that kit and its gross (if you ever run into it...please physically run into it.)
Anyways, I'm like Peter on this...I have no idea how the site was hosted back in the day and what our deal is/was. Where is Nexpoint, and how did we get with them in the first place? It appears we are on some sort of 6 year plan? Starting March '03, ending March '09? If we ask to renew our free service, will they say "wtf lol" and cancel our service/make us pay? Truth be told I always figured our comp-savvy alums would do the workings of the site, as I have really no idea how it worked/works. But if someone can give me a better idea of what the situation is, I'll see how we can move forward. Where does the money go for adsense? I'd think that should be enough to pay for hosting.
944 Cup's forums makes ~$11/month and it only gets ~800 PVs/day.

The last check was $111 and we received it last summer. Between karting, regular club costs (like buying pizza for special meetings), karting, and paying back students for the autocross introduction program, donations would be wonderful and graciously accepted. I will check the mailbox and see if we have received another check.
