or when i drove the civic dx up from broadway to get a second opinion from g at work.

[background info] i was looking for a stock hatch, found this one in broadway, it wasnt in the best of shape, but it ran pretty well. i scheduled a test drive with the owner of the used car lot, but when i arrived he wasnt there. the lady from the store next door (craft store) came over, let me in to the building, had me fill ouit the paper work, handed me the keys, and i was free to roam until she closed (4pm, it was noon)[/background info]

so i take it in to h'burg, car ran pretty well, some minor fixes were needed (radio mainly). i have g the keys, he goes to pull out of his dealership (he was at work) and accelerates like it's nobody's business. i remind him that it doesn't rev like his gs-r (had to have hit like 8k, but stock hatches don't have tachs so who knows) as we see fairly thick smoke exiting the exhaust ... i'm sure it wasn't there on my ride up... bad gerald, bad. needless to say, i didn't buy that car.

What are your deductables and coverages? Any moving violations/claims recently? I remember your claim on the Acura, but anything other than that? $3400/year is so absurd its laughable.

I think the insurance for both Jess and myself is like $1940/year, and that will be going down pretty soon when I turn 25.

Edit: Just got off the phone with USAA, our premium drops to $1680/year tommorrow Smile
