if i have the money for june 11/12rd i'll be there...
I need to:
1. pull head/send it to the machine shop/install new hg, head, and water pump/timing belt
2. pull the radiator and have it cleaned out
3. install the temp gauge!
i'm chalking this up to age... but if it isnt age or i find something crazy, i'll want to duct the radiator and install hood louvers. the floor and tunnel got really hot on my last session on sunday morning. but it all depends on what the machine shop tells me and/or what i find.

that little red gokart thing... he couldnt hold any lines... and he would get aggravated if you didnt point him by right away. the asshole tried to pull to my inside going into turn 3 and then beeped a horn at me.

Note to self - honk at Kaan on track and it will make him angry.

who built that thing and decided to add a horn. the thing that kills me about that car is that its so small, it wasnt in any of my mirrors! then he thought it was a good idea to get in my blind spot (with a wink mirror) going into a turn.

Thing was supposedly hitting 140 on the front straight.... :dunno:
Edit: I can't image people being able to see that thing fly up on them especially in 2. 3 would probably be fine but people in 2 are still working on looking in their mirrors a lot.

You step over and in. It's so low to the ground it is easy to step over. The annoying part would be smashing your body against everything getting out lol
i wish there was a picture of it next to another car. its so tinny. the driver was a douche that took no line. but it accelerated like a mad man. 140 seems low on the front straight.

Quote:First time ever even hearing about this..."car". A Palatov D4. But what really matters is you're looking at a 900 pound, all wheel drive, built 1.3L Hyabusa engine with a massive (relatively speaking) turbo. Ranges from low 200whp to mid 300whp with a flip of a switch.

Glad you're finally open about your weight fetish.
And that's probably why it can't get much faster. It's so light.

Do I really have to explain simple weight and aerodynamics?

Past a certain point, lightness doesn't help. It's why you see light cars with big aero. Gotta have weight on the tires somehow.
Now:

Then:
