I might be interested...planning on sleeping in the Jeep but the more I think about that the more of a PITA it sounds. I just figured none were available. Details?

I got a room at the Hampton Inn for the govt rate. The two night total estimate is $173.80 including tax. The more people we get to split it, the less it costs for everyone.

Since we all seem to have terrible coordination AT the track for where we want to park, and NASA jumped the gun and showed a paddock map, I would like to suggest a certain spot (and I feel is pretty easy to get considering half of MM is workers friday). This spot is high visibility, has no grass (so no mud), also has very little mosquitos compared to closer to the woods. Also considering we are HPDE/TT/Instructor people, it also works. As for shade, ill be bringing my 10x10 Canopy, and I think a few others mgiht be as well, so plenty of shade. Its also close to all the action/food/tech shed/and typically people dont park there as much.

Looks good to me. I have a camp chair that I'll bring. Depending on how all the MM stuff will fit, I'm going to try and bring the Miata so it will take up less paddock space than the 5er

Tested out the grill to be sure it works, and it does. Propane, chairs, cooler, SUNSCREEN, should be good to go, just need to grab some beer and bacon explosion ingredients.
