Not bad really, it's about an hour and if we stop in Staunton for a quick meal that's almost halfway so it should break up the trip nicely.

So lets meet up at 5 at Rockingham and we'll caravan down to Staunton for some grub and get there around 630-7 depending on how long the food stop takes.

If not, I guess I'm out then...gotta work till 6. I still vote we wait for an Eastside night, just sayin

Y'all go when you want... I'm heading down to ODU for the weekend to support their newly formed car club. Car show Saturday and autocross on the naval base Sunday. Still good for Friday but that's all I can do.

Seriously though, don't mind me...wasn't my event idea and I'm only interested in spectating. I didn't know if the Sunday thing got overlooked so I wanted to bring it up to save everyone some hassle. I'll second Jake's sentiments as I'd love to go but you can't include everybody and it won't hurt my feelings if you go Friday, theres always next time.

I'm just giving you a hard time Goody...really I'd be up for either night as well.

Soon Eastside will be running drags on sunday and t&t on friday. But for me I rather go when the drags run on friday due to there is like no shade there and it gets hot as hell. I have been running off and on there for like 4 yrs. There are quiet a few cars tht run there so it will be a good show for someone that hasn't seen drags live before. I'd go either days just prefer the night racing.

welllllllll I'm going to autocross on Sunday at Verona with PCA so Sunday is busy for me. And I'll be out of town next weekend so I was just trying to get it in before the semester is over. I don't mind waiting til 6 at all if you still want to go Goody.
Ninja edit: Let's talk at the meeting tomorrow and see what everybody wants to do. If more want to go Sunday I'll skip autocross and save my tires from the wrath of Verona

Hour drive? Sounds like a bit of mileage (damn lease). So i probably can't swing that regardless of day.
I'd also like to say that i want to go this Sunday but this would be my first autox so that's iffy too. Further delay to DEFINITELY next Sunday?

Ok, I say we go this Sunday then. There's an SCCA autox in a few weeks at Verona that we can all do if we still want to autox.
It says 1-5pm on their site for Test and Tune for other Sundays but doesn't have a time for this Sunday but i'm assuming its the same. So maybe we can head out around noon, stop for some grub in Staunton like Matt said then show up right around 1 when the gates open.

Assuming I get the oil changed in the Torino in time, count me in. Its a bit of a turd but thats why I dont mind beating it to pieces down the 1/8th

Who needs a tach anyway?? I'll just shift right before I feel like its going to blow up lol.
