Me, Boobies and Dave will be staying at the Best Western in Danville. Because NASCAR is in Martinsville this weekend, we will be paying out the ass for this hotel room so if you'd like to chip in for some floor space, then you can stay with us.

I'm very late to this like usual. I haven't been on the forum in weeks, but I loaded up the car on the trailer tonight and just have a few more things tomorrow mid-day to finish. I'll be at the track around 7-8pm to unload.

If you're lucky, you'll probably see me lock d'em shits up this weekend... my ABS stopped working and I can't figure out why.

Where do you guys want to paddock? I'll try and save space.

NX is also loaded up and ready to go. I don't really care where we paddock; as far as I'm concerned the closer to the grid/classroom, the better.

So, will anybody be passing through/leaving from C'ville around 6p tomorrow? Saw the h-burg crew was meeting up to caravan, but methinks you'll be coming through before 6...

I think we're leaving JMU around 4, so that puts us near you around what, 5. Unless you'd like to leave early...

We'll probably be rolling through C'ville around 5 ourselves. Hoping to leave before 3 though, so maybe earlier.

Weekend is over... and I can't speak for anyone else, but I had a blast! The rain on Saturday made things that much more eventful and I was able to witness firsthand the 5-Porsche-Pileup right in front of turn 17.

Great to see everyone - Maeng, Chris, Dave, JayRay, Rex, and Julie (did I leave anyone out?) - and had a good time chatting. Thanks Maeng for bringing the cans of fruit punch.

I have some pictures from Saturday. They're located here, and shoot me a PM if you want anything emailed high-rez to your inbox.

I'm gonna pass out now, but cheers to a great weekend Big Grin

Wow, I'm exhausted, but the trip was worth it! Especially for Sunday...good weather, touring laps, ride alongs, what more could you ask for?

Glad that the weather finally turned out good on Sunday, cause being out in all that rain was starting to get old. Another great weekend at VIR though.

I had an awesome weekend. I worked turn 6 on saturday and watched 9 cars go off and hit the tire wall. none major. Sunday I worked 17 and the whole left side of my face/neck is RED. I took ~ 250 pics, but I dont think they came out nearly as good as goodspeeds Smile

goody, did you touch up any of those pics in PS? Those are real nice shots.

Ok.. wtf is the impound??? I feel stupid for not knowing what that is.

Dragon, what is your name? Im sure I met/knew you this weekend, I just dont know your name on here.

T6 in the rain is definitely a scary turn. I've lost count of how many cars I've seen pointing back towards me, buried in the tires. HPDE 1, 2, 3, 4-it didn't matter.

Dave-Is the NX the track slut? How's it doing? Is 5th gear okay?

That I did....I'm definitely going to look in to doing at least a Hyperdrive in the fall. That was fun Smile

Kyle...most of them just have a little contrast/saturation work due to the fact Saturday was so gray and overcast; made pics a bit dull.

I also saw this in the paddock and began snapping pics (probably with weird looks being given). The Magic MM box?
