Used cars = anything, I'm quite eclectic when it comes to these.

I looked at a Volvo S80 T6. It was OK but I think it had been hit in the driver's door. The torque-steer was not as bad as I read it was.

I will be looking at a 540 tomorrow. Maybe a VW GTI as well.

There is a cheap VW Cabriolet in Newport News...who knows maybe I'll be driving a white 90 Miata around....

You dont want a VW unless its under warranty.

A new Mazda 3, WRX, 4 door GTI, Civic Si would all be fun.

I find myself missing my old IS300 sometimes, but not because I don't like the Acura. If I had to do it all over though (in terms of buying an IS300, which I would recommend as a purchase for you), I would get an 02+ with the MT and leather / navigation. Otherwise, it's really not much of a luxury car tbh... it's a Toyota with auto-levelling HIDs.

Otherwise you can't go wrong with the TL, other than the fact that it's FWD. It also might be a tad big for you.. it's noticeably bigger than the IS300, especially when I'm pulling it into my garage.
