Are those times right? A 96 saturn sl2 h-stock cut a 51 sec run? He got FTD pax'ed. That's crazy.

Ryan T Wrote:Got schooled by two mustangs on R-Comps Thats alright, everyone in my class was running em. Stupid aftermarket turbo puts me in SM when I have the original tires from my friends 3000gt with 45k miles on em. Fun tho being able to spin awd, oh and losing a few more chunks of tire.

Yea the saturn was real fast yesterday, and the MG TF was absolutly gorgeous. I don't know if it was a kit car or not, I didn't actually get to talk to the guy, either way I wanted it.

The car you are calling an MG TF is a Morgan 4/4. And yes, it is real. Morgan has an interesting history. The company made both 3 and 4 wheeled cars. They are also famous for having wooden frames.
Here is the story on the HS Saturn that had the fastest pax time. It was driven by Mark Eisenbies who is one of the better drivers in BRR. As for the car, SCCA moved the twin cam Saturns (and a bunch of other cars) from GS to HS this year in hopes of giving the normally aspirated Mini some competition. Mark was at or near the top of the PAX standings last year when he was running on the stiffer GS PAX index. I think we got a good indication how things will be with him running on the softer HS PAX.

That's amazing. I would've really liked to see him drive. Maybe I'm giving him too much credit and not enough towards the lunchbox, but aren't Saturns crap?
