The real estate market is still pretty booming in northern VA, so we'll be busy for a while. It's bound to take a downturn, but it will always be steady due to the continuing growth of well-paying jobs in the DC area.
This job really is just to get me a leg up within this company. I thought it would be a smart idea to learn how to build the product we sell before I try to sell it (if I ever decided to go the sales route). That's one of many sweet things about this company; they offer and encourage you to take other opportunities within different areas of the company if you're looking for a change ... i.e. production, sales, service, marketing, etc. I'm eligible for a discount on a new NVHome after working for a certain period of time too, so it might help me purchase a place of mine own.
