Speaking from memory, the picture looks familiar, like from article in Classic and Sports car (or some other random European magazine my father gets). They did a story on some random Russian tuning car shops. Or I could be completely off base and I'm just thinking out a customized Fiat 500 because it kind of looks like that too? :dunno:
