Washed and wax the legacy today, and fixed a dust gaurd that had broken up under the car. Hey digital photo guys - how come these look like crap? I couldnt find any angle that the light wasn't all effed up.

Not really sure what kind of camera you are using but the photos are massively overexposed. Seems to me that the camera is metering the light directly off the dark car and not incorporating the direct sunlight that is reflecting off of it. Try taking some sunset/sunrise pictures and guarenteed you will have better results. Car is looking good.

Wheels getting repainted here soon, and planning to get new rear tires next week. No wonder my car stays clean, its now a parking lot queen, I haven't driven it for a week :lol:

and in the spirit of this thread, i honestly cant remember the last time i washed the subaru. i know cville was in drought conditions last summer so its been probably close to a full year since i last washed and waxed it. its filthy

Likewise, the truck is absolutely filthy. 6 months of daily driving, plus playing in my clay/mud yard and one wash right after I bought it so it's definitely long overdue.

It just takes too long to wash something that big :p

washed mine after 7 months of filth-dom. i took all my gear to a secluded parking lot and washed it instead of using the pay-n-spray so i could take my time but it still had a ton of paint marring thanks bugs....

thankfully the cops didn't catch me....freaking water shortage.

Ciro has been putting up some impressive pics so I decided to put up some of my own detailing work!

I detail ambulances for Carilion Hospital in Roanoke when I'm home from school on breaks and summers. So I got called in this weekend to detail some trucks that will be at the upcoming Nascar race in Martinsville this weekend.

Here are a few pics. The lighting definitely left a lot to be desired but there wasn't much I could do about that at the time.
