For just about any track bike you're going to change the exhaust and rearsets for more ground clearance - for someone just looking to do trackdays, they do just fine, IMHO.
If there's something easily changed about the bike that would cause you to not to like it, then whats the point of complaining? Its not like changing the rearsets and the seat are going to break the bank.
If you think the GSXR makes a better out-of-the-box trackbike than the F4i, then sure, I'll agree with that. But the honda isnt all that bad.
