hrm, I may have voted incorrectly. My vote on the LSD is not to buy it right now. If you already have it, I guess go ahead and install it. If you don't have it, spend the money to get the car running, you can always install it later.
I would think not to install b/c it just becomes another thing that could go wrong that you would have to sort out after the fact just to get it driveable. I would rather know the engine is running properly and sort all the other little things before I start screwing with the drivetrain.
