Ok, so I woke up at noon and Sylvia and I decided to head up to Woodstock and get this going again! Back-story I forgot to post, we got our virgin Turbonetics ÔÇ£Mopar Super 60ÔÇØ from TU and our ECU came in from FWD-P

Turbo as we got it!

Wonderful huh? Makes me smile every time I see it! Anyway, we installed the turbo and exhaust manifold on the engine. Also, I removed the old 48mm throttlebody and ported the intake to accept the 52mm TB from a 3.0L V6.
The Throttlebodies

The larger one is to the right, a full 4mm larger in diameter I had to remove a sizable amount of metal from the intake so the larger butterfly would clear. It supposedly adds up to 5hpbut some say it takes up to 4mpg off fuel economy!

FABULOUS AS ELTON JOHN!
I got the TB for free and the intake porting was cake. No reason to port the runners on a 1 piece intake.
So, anyway, here is an assortment of pics from installing the turbo. This turbo is internally wastegated and sports the largest stock swingvalve of 2.5in. I further ported it and removed most of the large ridge that is on the back wall. I purchased a large can WG actuator from an 89 TII Car, mine was MIA. Also, the exhaust manifold is fully ported and has the EGT probe installed in the 4th exhaust runner.

Then we slapped it on the engine will all new hardware. The lines are TUÔÇÖs stainless steel braded lines w/ AN fittings.
