I have the following:
Ryan Jenkins: Combo tech/grid position
Chad Dalton: Grid
Christina Dalton: Timing
Jess Chapin: Grid
John Chapin: Announcer
Pete Denbigh: Timing
DJ Fitzpatrick: Flag training (2nd weekend)
(Kaan and Matt....you know what you do!)
As far as hotels are concerned, I currently have one hotel room for 4 workers (Chad, Christina, Ryan and DJ) since others have other hotel plans. However, Alison just informed me that her car will likely not be ready for the event. If we can fill her HPDE spot at this late date, and if we have a worker position for her, then I will add one more room. Right now, a room is under Ryan's name at the Shoney's Inn.
I will post as soon as I know something. Thanks,

P.S......Everyone on this list should know the drill by now.....report by 7:45AM for the All Hands Meeting and then flaggers report to Mark Adkins and others report to their respective chiefs. Thanks!
